Ramping Up to the LIVESTRONG Challenge Seattle

In less than two weeks, my road bicycle and I fly to Washington state for the LIVESTRONG Challenge Seattle.

• LIVESTRONG SurvivorCare (one-on-one guidance by phone)
  
• LIVESTRONG At School (a curriculum to change the ways kids think about cancer)
  
• LIVESTRONG Global Cancer Campaign (in parts of the world, cancer is still not something you talk about)
  
• Grants for cancer research and community programs across the country, and much more.
  

I've raised about $6,300 so far, and my goal is to raise another $1,200 before my 100-mile ride on Sunday, June 21.
