Hi,

My brother just finished his 4th round fo EP on Friday. His RPLND was in October and they thought he was only going to have to do adjuvant chemo until they discovered a spot on his lung. They are hoping the additional two rounds of chemo got rid of the spot. His CT scan is scheduled for next week to see if the chemo was successful. I'm trying to prepare myself for all possibilites. Has anyone ever had a similar situation? If so, what was the outcome? If the chemo didn't work, what is the next step? Any insight would be appreciated.
