i don't know what to do and i though i'd ask someone here i don't know what it is. Since i was about 11 little white lumps had started growing on my foreskin but thought nothing of it but, i am 15 now and the have got worse and spread can someone give me help please

I can't tell you for certain what it is, but I just wanted to reassure you that it isn't testicular cancer.

If I were to guess, I would think it could be sebaceous spots (http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/ate/sexandrelationships/malesexproblems/200868.html). But only a doctor will be able to tell for sure.
