abit worried

well i have had alittle lump on my left testy for 7 years now, i first felt it when i was 23, not sure if it was there before that anyway, i went to the doctor and he said it wasn t tc so i was relieved (it was embarrassing but had to be done )

anyway im now nearly 30 and its still there and i still get a bit paranoid about it

sometime s its uncomfortable but it never hurts,my doctor said it was a swollen sperm something or another not sure wot but he said it was not tc

anyway if anyone can calm me down or has any advise etc please let me no thx

It sounds as though it was diagnosed as a spermatocele (http://www.emedicine.com/med/topic2880.htm). They're very common, and they often don't need any treatment.
