Hey guys still new to the boards... I'll try to keep it brief, just wondering offhand what are some opinions you may have in my situation.

23 year old male.

Tumor markers
One was normal other was high
Before orchectomy...
Chorionic Gonadotropin 808

Pathology tests of removed tumor
Vascular invasion: Ther is a permeation of vascular spaces, apparent small venules by tumor nests of what appears to be embryonal carcinoma.

Mixed germ cell tumor which apporxiamately 70% of the tumor volume corresponds to seminoma and 30% to embryonal carcinoma.

Catscans and Chest Xrays clear before and after surgery....

Got results back today

Blood test 5 days after surgery
Chorionic Gonadotropin 28 (was 808 before surgery)
Chest X-ray came up clear.

Goodnews is its way down... The 3 main options have been brought up to me... The doctors at this point are sort of up in the air, obviously waiting for more info and such.

Things are looking to lean towards RPLND. But chemo is still an option, main option is a 2 cycle setup, over ~6 weeks.

Any opinions on what I should look and hope for next... what it looks like I am leading towards.
