Jsut got back from both docs... gonna have a RPLND...
good news my tumor marker is still on its way down...

Chest X-rays still and always been clear.
So its coming down.... both urologist and oncologist at this point feel the RPLND is the best next step. And from my research on this site, I kind of expected this to be whats going to happen next.
Looking to schedule it in 3 more weeks... 6 weeks since oricthemy hopefully everything works out ok, and I can avoid chemo.(not a big fan of it)
Obviously my mom is crushed... on it she sort of has been through the whole thing...
Kinda sucks I just blew my tax refund on Oncologist bills, was hoping save half of it and dump the other half into my car.
Anyone have any tips/suggestions I should do before the surgery? Things to expect after the surgery?
Great timing, my lease ends June 30th, looks like I may have the surgery early June. :p
