European consensus on diagnosis and treatment of TC

I post this here while this is I belive most detailed treatement document about TC I found. It is about treatement for all prognosis factors... and should be a way how TC should be treated in European countries I belive.

I hope somebody can find something interesting inside, while it is really full of data and diagrams.

Don't wory, it is in English language but it is German web site.
