Hi,My husband has had an orchiectomy on his right side,but the CT scan showed that it had spread up to the left lymph node, I would of thought it would of been the right side!

Apparently the way we're constructed, cross-over from the left testicle to the right side is extremely unlikely, while cross-over from the right testicle to the left side does happen.
