I had a question for forum members that have gone through an RPLND. How long should I avoid fatty foods to completely negate my chances of getting Chlyous Ascites?

MSK told me to avoid fatty foods for 2 weeks post coming home. I have completed 3.5 weeks so far without fatty foods - and planned 4 weeks just to be completely safe. Has anyone gotten it 4+ weeks after surgery? Would you recommend I avoid fatty foods a few additional weeks?

jason went fat free for 4 weeks and had no problem. He stayed away from nuts and popcorn for almost 3 months.

I think I went fat free for 3 weeks, however I stayed very low fat for months. (Need to go back to that regiment :o ).
I stayed off nuts and any corn for over 6 months.
