Hello everyone. I'm on my second Orchiectomy / Implant. Everything went ok for the first surgery and implant. Surgery, recovery etc all went great.
Number two surgery took much longer and the Doctor reported some sort of trouble but my wife wasn't clear what it was. I had a lot of inflamation and it was months before my second implant looked to be the same size as the first. I've poked around and find that there seems to be a "cord" coming from (I think) my inguinal canals going to the newest implant and there is a shell of some kind of stuff surrounding the newest implant.
Is this encapsulation? Has anyone had that? Is there anything that can be done other then to remove the implant? I'm very pleased with the implants so I guess something HAD to go wrong....
Thanks...
