Need some answers please.

One day after taking a shower a did my monthly check on my testicles.I felt this little ball attatched to my left testical on the edge and on my right testicle there was like a little string with a LITTLE ball at the end?Does anybody know what's the matter with me?Do I have TC?Is it Natural?Is it Serious?Please tell me all you can.This is greatly appreciated.

More likely than cancer, these lumps could be spermatoceles, varicoceles, or something else. A urologist will be able to tell you what's there and whether you need to do anything about it. You should have them checked out.
