Lyov Myshkin

I have an unusual swelling on the back of my thigh (approx. halfway between the thigh and the knee). It started small, but over the past couple of weeks has become almost an inch in diameter, and seems to not be going away. There is an unusual sensation when I press it; foreign, numb, but also painful to the surrounding region; not unlike my TC tumor. Does anyone know if there is a prevalence of lymph nodes on the back of the thigh? and, is it possible for the cancerous cells to pass relatively straight to that region (non-seminoma-type, rather hemopathic), with minimal effect on the groin lymph nodes?
