Thinking about getting a second ultrasound

Hey everyone, I'm new here, and here's my story.

Back in April of 2016 I felt a big growth near the top of my right testicle, and a tiny pea size growth near the top of my left testicle. I went to the urgent care doctor and was sent for an ultrasound, he was very understanding and a great doctor to me and wanted to ease my fears.

So I go in for the ultrasound and he tells me the growth on the right is not a tumor but it is indeed a cyst on my right one and supposedly a small hydrocele on my left one. Although it did say I have hydroceles on both of them, I'm gonna post the results via pic, you can see there.

Anyway it has been 7 months later and I noticed that the small lump on the top of the left one has changed shape and increased in size a bit and I'm not sure what to do, should I get another ultrasound to check this out? It went from feeling like a small pea that I had to pull at to get to, to feeling like a larger flat curled shape or something like that and is noticeably there without me having to feel around to find it, but the point is that it got noticeably larger, not by a lot, but it is very noticeable. I should also note that it feels like my left testicle got noticeably smaller as well.

Can anyone give me suggestions on this? I will answer any other questions and I will post my April 2016 results in a pic below in this post in a link format since it won't let me upload the picture directly . For anyone who can give me advice thanks and I appreciate it.

I'm certainly not qualified to read your images & most of us here are not as well. It's been 7 months & you've noticed a change, you need to bring it to your doc's attention so he can evaluate it.Probably not urgent, but sooner is always better.

Thanks Dave, I posted text results in my post so it just said what it saw instead of images. I've had this left sided growth for a while but it feels like it got bigger overtime and a bit more noticeable in the past 7 months

Any other input from anyone else? I can't get to a doctor until after the holidays for now and this is worrying me a bit, the lump doesn't feel like it grew a whole lot, but it became more noticeable and a tad increased in size, and when I feel it, it kind of feels like it slides around but is connected to the top of the testicle and it stays in the same spot on the top of the left testicle.

Those ultrasound results look fine to me - cyst and hydroceles are benign. However, if you spot changes with your testicles, you should go get them checked out with a professional.

That said, nothing you've said sounds particularly worrying to me - so waiting until the holidays are over should be perfectly fine. Book something in for the new year.

          All the best,

Well I booked an appointment for next week so hopefully all goes well, my left one has been getting smaller over the past few months as well so I'll see if I can have them check that out, thanks for the help everyone, I will update after the appointment.....I am super nervous about this since I've never been to the urologist before.

Update, so I had the appointment, the doctor observed my ultrasound results from 7 months ago and felt around a bit and said that he believes my scrotum is on par with my ultrasound results(from 7 months ago) after giving me a physical exam. He did not order me another ultrasound and wouldn't, because he didn't think it was necessary to do so because he thinks my scrotum felt fine. I am trying my best to trust in his word and I will try to believe in his diagnosis, I just hope his diagnosis is right, thanks for talking to me about this everyone.

Glad to hear all's fine. The urologist almost certainly knows what they're talking about, so you can set your mind to rest. Of course, do keep up with a monthly (no more freqently than that) self-exam, and let your doctor know if anything significantly changes.

Thanks Talis, actually it was just a regular doctor that checked me out, because the urologist near me didn't have any openings for a while. Is it still valid if it was from a regular doctor? Just wondering. I have a physical coming up next month if all goes well with my PCP, so if anything I'll also have him take a look at it next month just to be safe, thanks again for replying, have a great holiday.
