Hello all, when I was 13 (now 19) I found a small lump on my testicle. I never gave it much thought being that it was so small. However, somewhere in the year or 2 after that it developed into a very large lump, about the size of a small marble. It seems to be connected to my testicle by some sort of tissue "bridge". I went to the doctor today and he said that there was also another small lump on my testicle that I had never noticed before. He says that the large lump is possibly a spermatocele, but is not sure. He also said there is a possibility of it being TC but won't know for sure until after and ultrasound. I have an ultrasound scheduled for tomorrow. I have also had severe lower abdominal pain on the same side as the lump. The pain is not very common but when it comes it is extremely painful. I was just wondering if you guys had any thoughts on the matter. Any feedback is appreciated.
