4 months of heaviness in my left testicle

Hi I've had constant heaviness in my left testicle non-stop for about four months now I've been doctors twice about my problem and he has sent me for two ultrasounds within those four months both coming back normal with no lumps cysts etc my doc says he doesn't know what's causing it but I shouldn't worry to much when I google heaviness in testicle there's really nothing but results of having cancer etc so this is not normal oddly enough heaviness started to slowly come on me when I started lifting heavy weights about five months ago.. I've stopped lifting for now I don't know what to do about my problem it's very becoming very uncomfortable especially when walking around..

Go to a different doctor or ask them to do blood work to test for cancer would be my recommendation. They should have been able to tell you if you have a hernia or something else, not just "dont worry about it".
