  • Lump in right testicle

1 mounth ago i had a little pain in my right testicle then i found a lump on my testicle the lump is about 3 milimeters and it is on my testicle body.
It is not on my scurtom or on epidimys.
It is on the body of testicle and in middle of testicle infront side of epidimys.
my doctor cheked me and asked my to have a ultrasound but i havent yet.
is it possible to have lump in testicle itself and it dont need orchictomy?
if it was cancer how long i can wait till orchictomy?

Get the U/S as soon as you possibly can, you cannot wait any time at all, you need to find out what it is. It could be several things other than TC, but if it is TC, you need treatment without delay. Please update us when you get your U/S.

      thank for your answer.
i made an appointment to U/S for saturday then i will get the result to my urologist on sunday.
as i searched in internet all cases like me had to orchictomy.
i found nobody how had a lump like me and didnt orchictomy.
waiting till saturday is making my mad.

i just want to know if it is cancer how many days later i must orchictomy?
is orchictomy next step after u/s or there are other steps?

Afraid the results of the U/S determine if an I/O is needed, If a solid mass is found an I/O is normally done, if a solid mass is not found, no need for an I/O, The number of days from a positive U/S to an I/O is different from place to place. Sooner is always better.

          Hi
          I just taked u/s.
          He said everything is normal
Then asked me to hold my testicle and show him the lump and checked the lump exactly.
He said he cannot see the lump in monitor and it means its not a tumor or cyst.
Now i have a lump on my testicle itself(its not on epidimys or scrotum its exactly on testicle)
          But it is not cancer.
          Thank you dear dave
You replyed me when i was very neurves.
i wish you all guys to have your health and get rid of tc very soon.

                I visited my urologist today.
He told me that we didnt found anything.
I asked can this lump be something like fat?
He said in this point of testicle no.
Then he asked me to check myself and any time the lump get bigger visit him again.
Or if it dont grows i must go for u/s 6 mounh later.

Now i dont know if it is nothing why i must take another u/s?
                Any idea to help me?

He's being cautious, and that is a good thing. You can feel a lump that the U/S can't see, so it's best to keep an eye on it for a while.
