Ultra S done all clear but still lump and pain

Hi guys thanks for help and support. So here is my problem but i am going to get but personal so when i have sex with the wife or when i play with thew monkey so i don't make a mess or get the wife pregnant i pinch the monkey on the tip to stop the mess or potential pregnancy, now this creates pressure in the testicle area. My testicles tarted to hurt few weeks back and after examination i found a tiny lump my pain is on the top of the testicle that radiates just above the testicle pain is not bad at all from scale 1 to 10 its 1/2 not even 1. My lump is strange when i find it i can clearly fell it but as i fell it it disappears and i can search for ages and not find it again if i press on it it hurts bit. Last week i did a ultra sound and they did not find anything nothing at all. I have made another US appointment this Friday with different technician and when i wen to see a doctor she also proscribed antibiotics. With last US we did STD test and nothing. Now i do have anxiety and i am now thinking if i should do a blood text for markers and maybe see a specialist . I know you guys are not doctors but what do you think

If the ultrasound didn't show anything I wouldn't be too worried for now. Wait and see if the antibiotics do something, could very well be a regular infection in your testicle. If the lump and pain persists after the antibiotics, i'd get a bloodtest.

Also, "pinching the monkey" does NOT prevent pregnancy... Just saying.

Cool, it just works better when all the responses to a particular question are in one thread, this forum software does strange things at times, so probably not your fault.
