Hello, I was wondering how long it takes to a seminoma tumor to grow in the testicle and spread to the body. Is it possible you have it for a really long time and having no symptoms? What's a reasonable period? Also, a mass in the testicle is always councerous?

There is no time frame I am aware of.TC rarely produces symptoms other than an enlarged testicle, so consider that. No. A mass is not always cancer, but always needs a doc to rule it in or out.

A simple ultrasound will tell you whether it's cancer or not - your doctor can send you for one and you'll find out in no time at all. This way you're not worrying yourself crazy!
