16 and found a spot like lump...

hi, ive recently found what seems to be a spot like lump on my left testicle, it feels like one youd usually get on your face, yet on my testicle. Its not really painful but from time to time the testicle can ache when pressed up against my leg. Im concerned because it is i said only a small spot like lump, nothing in comparison to a pea. Could it be something to do with the fact i was hit it the testicles really hard a few weeks ago? (being a 16 year old boy you have to go though these things). Im seeing a doctor tommorow but i just want to know if it is normal or if anyone has had the same concern?

Ask the doc about it, by the way u are describing it is it on the testicle or in the scrotum area?

its on the actual testicle like a small dimple.
