Pass a new law for college loans

There should be a law that stops unsubsidized college loans from accruing interest for kids that have cancer and cannot work. Or any type of illness.
Matthew just graduated from college and owes $30k in loans.. he won't be working for a while but yet the interest on the loans keeps on ticking every month
