  • Research Participants: On Exercise Interest in Couples After Cancer Diagnosis

The University of Colorado is looking for research participants in the U.S. investigating interest in exercise among couples after a cancer diagnosis. Please see additional information below and if interested, then contact them directly.

Participate in an online research survey about exercise!
Research Study Title: Predictors of physical activity interest among couples following a cancer diagnosis

The purpose of this study is to better understand cancer survivors' and their romantic partners' interest in a couples-based physical activity program!

Participation in this study involves completing ONE online survey! You can participate if either you or your romantic partner is a cancer survivor not currently receiving primary treatment (i.e., chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery) nor planning to begin treatment in the next six months. Survivors may be on medications for cancer such as hormonal therapy for breast cancer.

Although we prefer that both partners participate, this study does not exclude individual participation. Neither you nor your romantic partner need to be engaged in regular exercise. All participants who complete the survey will be entered into a drawing for a $100.00 Target gift certificate.

If you’d like to participate, please complete the contact information form. Your contact information will be saved on a secure database that only the study team can access. Once you submit the form, the study team will email you within 72 hours with a personalized link to the study survey.

If you have any questions or concerns about this study, please do not hesitate to contact us at Additionally, please share this link with others who may also be interested! Link to share:
