    Post Chemo CT Scan on 3/28/17 still showed a few nodes over 2 cm
    2nd Post Chemo CT Scan on 4/27/17 showed all nodes still over 2cm
    Post Chemo RPLND 5/8/17: Periaortic Teratoma, Intraaorticaval Teratoma, and Paracaval Teratoma found.

    If I understand the article correctly,my takeaway was that treatment at centers of excellence wasn't really practical or necessary for most cases, but certainly indicated for difficult cases.What is important is to both follow the guidelines,and have some sort of collaboration available between low volume centers & centers of excellence. Almost sounds like a cancer board on steroids to me.
