    OR Live normally has only new procedure type surgery, so would not expect orchiectomy or open RPLND to be shown.

    But here is a series on fitting an implant, one year post testicle removal (due to Leydig cell tumour). Check it out! Don't look if you're squeamish.I don't mind blood but I did wince when saw how "brutal" surgeons are with such delicate areas

    100% classical seminoma (I-A, RTI). Surveillance (no adjuvant therapy). 4 years all-clear and hoping for many more.

    I couldn't watch beyond the first incision. I was a medic and EMT back in the day so I shouldn't be squimish, but the video makes it way too personal.

      I don't think of myself as squeamish but I am not going to follow this link. Having had two prostheses installed followed up by corrective surgery a few months later, I'd rather leave well enough to the imagination.
      TC1: 1996, right orchiectomy, seminoma stage I 3.5 cm mass, radiation therapy (peri-aortic & pelvic 27.3 Gy)
      TC2: 2008, left orchiectomy, seminoma stage IA 5 cm mass, left & right prostheses, AndroGel TRT, surveillance at MSKCC
