  • Dark days turn to light in sunny South Africa

Greetings all from Sunny SA. Had my orchiedectomy 16 Feb 18. Seminoma. CT booked for 22 March. Why so long you ask? Long story but sometimes Africa is still Dark.
Hoping for just surveillance or maybe one round of the good stuff. Anyone Looking for guidance in the African cancer bush Safari . Just ask.
Many thanks for a great forum. Helped me through some long painful nights post removal.

      Hi Wetro,

I mentioned this is the email that we traded but wanted to post here in case others see the post from South Africa. A great friend of mine, he just stayed with me in Denver for a conference and we originally met in person at Mt. Snowdon in Wales, is Torsten Koehler. He is a testicular cancer survivor in Cape Town, South Africa so if you are in SA, be sure to connect with him. He runs: and you can tell him I sent you and he will take great care of you.

Oct. 2005 felt lump but waited over 7 months.

Hopefully, CT Scan later in the month will show nothing. I concur with Mike to reach out to Torsten Koehler.
