Not a bad idea, particularly as it will highlight the range of intervals elapsing between the two TCs as the list, sadly, lengthens with time. I suspect most guys go many years between TCs, although I think I've seen one or two cases where the intervals were much shorter (one or two years). Here goes...

May I suggest that you add a just a few more details to your list? Some guys have this is their signature line but others don't, and it may be useful for the newbies.

name TC1 (year, stage, type, treatment)/TC2(year, stage, type, treatment)

      Aegletes: TC1 (1996, stage 1 seminoma, RT)/ TC2 (2008, stage IA seminoma, surveillance)
Retired moderator. Husband, left I/O 16Dec2005, stage I seminoma with elevated b-HCG, no LVI, RTx15 (25Gy). All clear ever since.

Tho' much is taken, much abides; and though we are not now that strength which in old days moved earth and heaven; that which we are, we are; one equal temper of heroic hearts, made weak by time and fate, but strong in will; to strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

I hate the fact that this is going to turn into a long list. Those of you that have had to fight this disease twice are truly warriors. I wish you all the very best and pray you are given long healthy lives in return.

Thanks for the great thoughts, Jay. This reminds me of when I joked with my urologist that, looking on the bright side, at least I can't have a TC3 having run out of "parts". He looked at me oddly and replied that I could always get something extragonadal. He's great at parties, that doctor.

Anyway, picking up on Karen's idea and Fish's contribution, here goes...
