  • 10 years!

I just had an appointment with my oncologist and blood markers drawn. Looks like I've made it to 10 years all clear. Seems like a serious milestone.

EMJ: My first Dx was age 20 my second age 55. The 10 years is a few months past my second Dx,so yes I am now 65, technically, 10 years ago I was in the middle of chemo, but close enough I think.

biwi: After year 5, just once a year. Blood tests & a visit with the onc, which at this point is more like a visit with an old friend than a doctor, honestly. We will see each other again in a year.

Joe: No real celebration other than posting here. Believe it or not, after that long it (almost) feels like it never happened, except for the TRT on a regular basis.
