        Hey guys,

Recovering at home from the RPLND. My surgeon was a guy named Graem Steele if anyone has ever heard of him. I'm sore but i'm doing okay. I'm nervous about retrograde. How long should i wait before testing out the pipes, and is it common for it to happen and go away for a few weeks or is it kinda, if it happens it's a thing for life?

Hi, I had an open RPLND too. I was able, as in wanted to, orgasm 7-9 days after surgery; nothing came out at first. After about 2 months of not ejaculate, I finally had the first few drops. About 8 months later it has pretty much returned to normal. The docs at Sloan said they start worrying around a year post op. I have heard stories of many men having normal ejaculation return after 8-10 months
