Starting cycle three this morning. So far I've had a lot of fatigue, some nausea (more in cycle two), hair loss (cycle one, day sixteen) ringing in the ears that gets better as time passes, sensitivity to hot and cold on my fingers, sensitivity to cold on my teeth, and significantly swollen fingers (end of cycle two). No puking or vomiting so far. Neutrophils/WBC have been low but my oncologist insisted we press on.
2/2017 - Right groin and flank pain (thought it was blue balls or a strain)
    3/2/17 - ER discovers 7.5 x 6.5 x 3.0 mass around IVC
3/6/17 - Fine needle aspiration of mass finds seminoma
3/26/17 - Dx R seminoma with left tagalong, stage II (ish)
    4/10/17-6/6/17 - 3x BEP
7/14/17 - CT Scan shows abdominal mass reduced to 0.5 cm
7/25/17 - Bilateral orchiectomy, scarring, fibrosis, and necrosis only

Finished chemo on 6/6/17. Post-chemo scan showed reduction in abdominal tumor to 0.5 cm. They told me RPLND was not necessary given the dramatic reduction in size. Waiting for my three month scan now.

Had bilateral orchiectomy on 7/25/17. Went back to work the next day. Pain here and there but not enough to prevent me from pelvic activities!
