The left one is 4 times the size of normal right now and the the doctor said the tumor had taken over the entire testicle and in the right one the MRI there was definitely something in there and the right one is showing signs of swelling also

There is nothing wrong with getting a second opinion, and in your case I would highly recommend it. You will be dealing with lifelong testosterone replacement which may not be necessary. I think it's highly unlikely (not impossible) that you'd have TC in both testicles at the same time and the inconcluse nature of your scans would have me thinking twice.26 Cleveland, OH

I'm glad surgery went well. Take it easy the next couple weeks and try not to strain your body. You'll be pretty sore but ice packs and pain meds will help. Let us know the pathology when it comes back26 Cleveland, OH

Have you gotten yourself onto some TRT yet? What regime? As Davepet says, there is no "right" version... I am on daily gels, have been for 7+ years and have had zero issues with it since I started. Take care. DZ (DoubleZero!)
