  • Erection/stamina issues

Hey guys, since orchiectomy I have been having issues with getting an erection and staying hard during intercourse. Sometimes I cant get one at all, sometimes it wont stay hard, or if it does I last about 45 seconds, none of which were typical prior to orchiectomy. It seems like since 3x bep this issue is even worse. I am on treatment for low T but its not low at the moment. Is there anyone that has had or havig similar issues that has done something to make it better? Its putting a strain on my wife and I, I'm very frustrated and the issue seems to be getting worse. I have started talking with my GP about this issue but figured I'd ask here since having TC makes the issue somewhat unique. Sorry for being a bit graphic, just trying to be clear lol.

It is not at all common for this to happen post I/O or chemo. I'd definitely bring it up with your doc.
