Impact on delay of bleomycin booster?

I am on a 3xBEP chemo treatment for my embryonal carcinoma. I did BEP the first day, then 4 days in a row of EP. The plan is B on day 8 and 15. Then the cycle repeats after day 21.

So... today there was major flooding in Houston and my hospital was only partially staffed. I went to in for my day 8 bleomycin booster but was not able to do my chemo. I'm guessing tomorrow will be a no go as well. Is this something to worry about? Or is a few-day delay ok?

No idea, honestly. Certainly it's best to stik with the protocol. I'd be surprised if a minor deviation made a big difference, but I am not a doc. 3X BEP Iis a tried & true treatment & evey effort should be made to adhere to the regimen for the best results, but sht happens & we sometimes have to punt.

Thank you Davepet. I was able to reschedule for this afternoon, so looks like it worked out. I am starting to appreciate the mindset of being willing to punt and improvise. Seems like a key for getting through this intact (emotionally). Good life lesson I suppose.
