Unsure what to make of pathology report

I'm supposed to be seeing my urologist on march 6, but until then I don't know what to make of my pathology report. I just went to a walk-in clinic to get it printed. The GP there didn't know what to make of it either.

    Diagnosis:
    -pure seminoma
-tumor size: greatest dimension 4.2 cm
    -vascular invasion: not identified
-Invasion beyond tunica albuginea: identified, hilar paratesticular tissue
    -Rete testis invasion: identified
    -epididymis invasion: identified
    -spermatic cord invasion: not identified
    -surgical margins: free of tumor
-germ cell neoplasia in situ: identified
    -necrosis: not identified
    -non-neoplastic testis shows: atrophy/fibrosis
    -pTNM stage: pT2 pNX

    Edit:
Should also mention the CT scan, X ray and bloodwork all came back normal

The tumor didn't travel through the spermattic cord, and your lymph nodes are normal. Im sure they will just reccomend surveillance, so CT scans, chest x-rays and blood work. That's about the best scenario u could have hoped for.
