  • 4 mo post orchiectomy pain

I started having sharp pains above my incision point last night and has been steady for 24+ hours. I'm two days away from starting chemo. Anybody else experience very late pain? This is my second orchiectomy, so I'm no stranger to the post surgery feeling.

    Hi.
I'm 6 weeks out my 2nd I/O (not quite 4 months) and I'm also still having some pain, more pain compared to my 1st I/O.
Don't know if the lower testosterone can retard the healing process or lower the tolerance to pain, but it's taking longer to get back on track than the first time...
I guess we just have to give it time...

It certainly does not seem to be common, make sure to let your doc know.
