Hey Dawn, Lorinda and I are to the "Month by Month" Stage in a few months it will be "Year by Year" I can't wait for those days. I am glad Joe is kicking ass, I knew he had this thing beat. I hope things are getting back to normal for him as well as yourself.

My son was just diagnosed and is seeing Dr. Hahn at IU. We got his pathology report today

Teratoma 50%, Egg Yolk 40% and Embryonal Carcinoma 10%. He has nonseminoma and is stage llB. Can anyone help me understand these results a little more definitively. I know that teratoma is the one that doesn't respond well to chemo and he may then need RPLND. He starts chemo on Dec 1 and also I was wondering what to expect the first week. He is getting 3xBEP.

This seems like a great site and I have learned a great deal from all of your sharing. I feel like someone else understands what we are going through. Thanks Joe's Mom
