    I just got back a few minutes ago and my lymph node is indeed "not good." I have been restaged as a Stage II so I may be a little different than you now. However, that being said, from everything I have read about and discussed with my oncologist, there is no benefit to doing the RPLND right now. There are several studies that show that 1xBEP is just as effective as the RPLND. Additionally, if something showed up after 1xBEP, you would just do more chemo.
