5/16/11-7/22/11: 4 cycles BEP; bHCG=14 AFP=4.03
9/1/11-9/16/11: HDC + Stem cell transplant
10/4/11-10/20/11: HDC + 2nd transplant
11/11: bHCG > 2, AFP 4.7
11/22/11: 20 lung tumors removed + RPLND
12/26/11: stroke but in remission
3/3/12: cancer in lungs; bHCG= 3000
3/10/12: loss my best friend
