The report was that there were NO cancer cells in the lymph nodes. X-rays and blood work for 5 years, beginning every two months for this next year. I'll be in touch for info about a good oncologist locally. Lynn

Debbie, We're headed to Indiana Monday for blood tests, CT scan of abdomen, and appointments with Drs. Einhorn and Foster. RPLND is at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday 3/23, and reservations home on Saturday. Thank you for all the information and guidance. You've been a Godsend. Dr. Ulbright's pathology report was much more detailed that from Raleigh Path and contained new info that we wished wasn't there, but that's why we went to the experts. Lynn/Dane's Mom

Dawn. SO sorry my box is full. I did not realize and just got this mess. I am also sorry to hear abouthte adeno. Yes, Mike and Joe have mcuh in common. They are in the very small minotiry that have this. Mike had adreno and spindle cell in his lung. The onc in UNC did not provide a good prognosis. That is why I contacted Dr. E. He does have experience with this even though it is rare and Joe is DEFINITELY in the right hands. I was not aware Dr's E anf F do not get along. Dr. E sent us to Dr. Foster but that was it. The guy in the hospital with Mike had the spinal headache and was a few days behind Mike with recovery. It rresolved about day 3 and everything starting working. I sope with his Mom in the hotel. His dad was an orthopedic surgeon from VA. His colleagues told him IU was the best /only place to go. I am sure your are worried and scared. Please feel fre to contact me 919-676-5548. Hi Debbie, We are still in the hospital with Joe. He had surgery Thursday and many complications. Spinal head ache has prohibited his walking. Still no bowel movements even with three suppositories

Dr Einhorn is visiting us this am as Joe's abdominal tumor has adenocarcinoma. I noticed in your threads that Mike had this too and there were different answers from diffferent Docs.

ALso, noted that Dr E and Dr Foster don't get along? They are telling us that Joe's situation is very very rare (1 in a million). Can you offer me any advice? I am desparate. Dawn
