    hello, youll do fine. my i/o was done by a female urologist. very neat person. i choose the spinal and was awake the entire time. we would chit-chat through the whole thing. very comfortable doc. to be with as she also wanted to be part of the team. she was very happy to be part of the care with dr. einhorn and foster as well as my onc. dr. hope this helps.
