    Talking 2.5 years check-up - ALL CLEAR

    Just had my 2.5 year follow up (CT, x-ray, ultrasound and blood work)...ALL CLEAR!!!!
    6 Mar 2009 Dx, ultrasound, solid mass in rt testicle, Markers: LDH 195 u/l, HCG <1, AFP 3.3 (normal)
    16 Mar 2009 R I/O, 2cm tumor
    25 Mar 2009 Chest, Abdominal & Pelvic Area CT Scan - Clear
    25 Mar 2009 Path: Seminoma, confined to testicle, no invasion of tunica, no spermatic cord involvement, no lymph node invasion (Stage - 1 - pT1, NX, MX, S0)
    15 Apr 2009 Adjuvant Carboplatin 1,150mg
    2.5 years (7/22/11) - ALL CLEAR

    April 11 Left implant surgery
    Enlarged lymph node and rising markers 8-11
    Radiation to lymph nodes 12-11

    Embryonal Carcinoma; Seminoma. Marker negative.
    August 2001: Right I/O .
    August - December 2001: Surveillance .
    December 2001: Relapse - Stage III. Mets in lymph nodes and lung.
    December 2001 - March 2002: 3xBEP .
    Complications: Neutropaenic sepsis during cycles 1 & 3. I/V antibiotics and isolation.
    March 2012 - Ten years since finishing chemo.
