I don't think tumor size is going to impact the orchiectomy in any meaningful way.

So as I am now just 2 days from my orchiectomy, the size of my left testicle seems to be getting larger. Funny I am not worried about the cancerous growth but the actual removal it. Do any of you know if the size affects the orchiectomy in any way? As I type it seems like a strange question but I cant get it out of my mind. In this case I hope size does not really matter.

My Righty was massive when it finally came out. The inguinal canal is rather large, it shouldn't be a problem. If you are concerned I would speak to your urologist to check for infection of other issues that may need attention prior to the I/O.
Have the frozen peas ready!
Good luck!

At least there should not be a mistake removing the good one. Thanks for the reassurance.

My friend, I had my left testicle removed when I had the orchiectomy and I didn't experience any problem. Rather (I know this could be absurd) I'm feeling more uncomfortable now that I have the prosthesis, I feel it too big. Anyway, I think that the tumor size doesn't affect your orchiectomy. Good luck!![]()
