    Hand tremor

I have always had a slight hand tremor as long as I can remember - but it got significantly worse after chemotherapy. It was very bad actually during chemo and for a while afterwards. Last semester it was still occasionally so bad that I could barely write with a pencil/pen which was very frustrating. It has gotten better over time but is still worse than it ever was prior to chemo. It gets quite bad especially after I have exercised or worked out in any way. It's still pretty frustrating when trying to work with small things like trying to work on my computer hardware and when holdings things like paper/books to read..

Just wondering if anyone else had similar issues with tremors in your hands or anywhere else for that matter...how bad it was and if/when it got better.

I've gotten those on & off for years now, seems to be more often now, but can't say the chemo had any effect. It might have, but getting older is a more likely cause in my case.

Look up essential tremor online. It is easily diagnosed in many cases by the way you can draw a spiral shape. My husband had it and it did worsen after chemo (3X BEP). It was at it worst during chemo.

I've always had a slight tremor in my hands as well, but it quickly started getting progressively worse since my TC treatments 4 years ago. Mine too has now gotten to the point where it badly effects my writing if I'm even slightly stressed about anything at all. Other people actually point it out to me even when I don't notice it myself. Remember how the cup of water trembles in that Jurassic Park movie when the T-Rex is coming? That's what my drinks do sometimes when I'm holding them. lol.

I didn't have chemo, though. I had 20 sessions of radiation.
