Hi all, it's been just over a year ago that we found out kyle had TC. 2 weeks ago last year was the IO and a week from now started chemo followed by RPLND Oct 7. I am very happy to report his 3rd All clear this past Thursday on the 1 year anniversary of that terrible June. He's doing great - he looks like himself again - his weight is back to where it should be and he is having a fantastic summer. No job this summer - he deserves a break. His first semester at Ithaca this spring he got a 4.0! That's a huge accomplishment coming in mid year as a freshman and looking back - he was NOT 100%.

Anyway - wanted to let all know.

2 things coming - 1 - I am making a cookbook "The real mans No Fat Diet". I'm a bit of a chef, but it took some doing to make great meals post RPLND. I was thinking guys could use this free pdf when I am done. If you have an recipes you want me to include, please email direct - evorbach@mac.com

2 - I sold my business this spring. I just didn't have the heart for it anymore. I am flying pretty much full time for this volunteer organization - http://www.wingsflight.org. This is a 100% volunteer organization that transports patients to their medical care. It's a free service. If anyone needs this kind of help - go to the web site - it's pretty much a northeast thing right now.
