Seems a bit long, might want to call & see if you could be tested again in one month. You sure don't want to jump into TRT too fast, as it can suppress natural T production.
So I just got back my blood work from today(I'm 2 weeks post BEPx3) and it showed my Free testosterone is at 41 (range 52-280) and my FSH (28 range .7-11). My oncologist said that between low testosterone and mild anemia 12 (range 14-16) is why I have been feeling so weak and foggy headed. Plus the loss of my muscle tone during chemo. I was a well muscled 200 lb guy pre chemo (with normal testosterone) and now weigh 170. My doc said that the testosterone usually comes back once the pituitary gland realizes no more chemo. Doc said lets follow up in 2 months. 2 months????? Isn't that a long time to wait to feel like a foggy bum to see if testosterone is coming back?? Any advice is totally appreciated.
Cheers,
Rob
