Thanks very much for the birthday wishes! In an attempt to keep defying the limits of my abilities, I woke up early in the morning and ran the entire length of the Capital Crescent Trail from Bethesda to Georgetown and back, 15 miles in all. I also spent a great day with the family, and yesterday my group took me out to lunch. All in all, a great extended celebration!
