Great to hear that everything turned out well. As mentioned, a testicular mass is hard like you described, but also solidly attached to the testicle when you feel it. Unlike yours. Still, the right thing to do when uncertainty arises is go see a doctor asap and put any shame or stubbornness aside as this is your life.
