cyst? how long?

Just wondering how long epididymis cyst's are meant to last for?

I thnk i have these also, i was unfortunate enough to experience a swollen right testicle (swollen Epid, which ached, alongside lower groin ache, much like a hernia) and also begin worrying my arse off about these 3 or 4 rock solid painless lumps on my epididymis.

They are there for life.

I have to wait another 2 days to get a proper diagnosis since its a bank holiday weekend. Most days i wake up and find something new to worry about, and quite frankly i am the worlds worst worrier, i lose my appetite, go to toilet loads, sleepless etc.
