Im 17 and have had a lump(maybe cyst, its translucent) on the epididymis of my right testical(upper,behind). It has been there for about a year and a half now. I have no pain or discomfort. Recently i have found a small lump(pea sized) in the same spot on my left testical. However this lump is not translucent.These lumps are not attached to the testicals, but in the epididymis. I haven't told anyone about these. Im worried about cancer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
