    concerned about a lump

I have noticed a small lump, I imagine it as a the size of a small bb. it feels about that hard too. I don't believe its attached to the testicle, rather, i think it may be attached to the epididymis(sp?), though i'm not sure. I'm a 25 year old male, so I know i'm at risk.

Does this sound familiar to anyone out there? thanks a lot

It's much more likely to be a spermatocele than cancer, but you need to have it checked out so you can be sure what it is and whether it needs treatment.
