Well, that's a colorful post.
The "bag of worms" description usually comes up when the problem is a varicocele.
Ok, i've been relatively paranoid about TC for around 2-3 years now and as you can probably tell I don't really want a man touching me on the old baby's arm holding an apple.
I have really, really...really checked every mm of both balls and cannot find any bump or lump whatsoever which i'm guessing is a good thing. However, my balls are rather hard, but I honestly don't know how hard they should be? Also, I do have a dull ache down (sometimes a slightly sharper pain...very rarely) there nearly every day and doing a number two seems to realieve it sometimes? My semen is slightly lumpy, but this apparantly is quite normal, i've never has blood in it or anything like that. Sometimes, not often...it hurts a little when ejaculating? Finally, the left side in my sack kind of feels like a bag of worms, but goes when I lay down...Epididymitis apparantly, which probably attributes to the dull ache, no? I always thought Epididymitis involved significant pain which I don't have?
Could I have TC? Or is it just Epididymitis?
Any help or advise or comments will be muchly appreciated... I am really curious about what I am experiencing and whether there are other people around experiencing these types of things.
Thank you so much in advance!![]()

Sorry, I just feel it's best to keep a sense of humour whilst talking about such nasty things as the possibility of cancer. Yes, the V one that's what I meant. Do you associate any of the other symptoms with TC at all??
I'll be very surprised if your doctor finds anything serious.

So, I should really only go to the doctor if V causes me pain or if I find a lump?
