Uncomfortable feeling in remaining testicle from 2 months

Hello,
I am over 4 years out from my diagnosis, and I feel Uncomfortable/Sensitivity in my remaining testicle from 2 months and mostly bother me when I am sitting,

I had an appointment with my doctor last month, He examined the testicle and told me that I had swollen epididymis, He told me to loose weight and to wear comfortable pants.. he said that my thighs are crushing the "poor" testicle after I gained 15 kg..

The Problem That I still feel the same sensitivity after 2 months..!

Last thing: I notice that I feel it more sensitive the day after sexual activity..

Can you help me to understand this?

Sam

Once after my son was diagnosed I did something that made my right side very painfull. I figured it was from slaming down on my bicycle seat with the boys in the wrong position. It took several weeks for the pain to go away. I would trust you doc's here and simply take their advice.

Hey Sam, bout four years myself and I can tell you, I still get that empty feeling in the pit of my stomach every time I knacker myself and feel off for a couple days. I feel pretty scared and I go to my oncologist. I normally come home feeling a little dumb. The truth is, there are a million reasons your testical can hurt, but you can't have cancer without the markers. If you did the blood test with your regular CloseWatch exam, then you are ok bud. Let your docs tell you the rest.

Truth is, you don't notice testicular pain before cancer, but you sure as $%# notice every twinge after. Maybe an 8 year survivor can tell us we'll get less paranoid.

That makes me feel a lot better... Unlike most people, it was pain that caused me to see the doctor for the tumor in the first case. It was 3.5 cm (yeah I should have noticed earlier) so perhaps it was large enough that it was easier to compress it to the point of pain accidentally.

In any case Friday (about 3 months after I had the other one removed) I noticed a dull ache in the "good" side. Upon examination I noticed an unusual bump. Naturally I called my doctor but it was close the end of the day and they couldn't get me in and some people were already gone for the weekend. They said they'll call me back first thing monday when they can get me scheduled.

After reading this, I recognize that they pain and bump are in the area of the epididymous. So it gives me hope that there is a good explanation other than more cancer. We'll see what the doc says tomorrow.

TC isn't usually associated with a painfull testis.

Mine was.

I wouldn't have noticed otherwise.

Pain is normally associated with larger tumor sizes as the tumor invades neighboring tissues, as in Tim's case.

Don't forget that non-cancer related testicular pain or discomfort is not uncommon.
